Date range filters

The Reports page has preset date filters: Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 30 Days, This Year and Custom Range. Select a preset or click Custom to pick exact start and end dates. All charts and tables update instantly.

What the report shows

Total revenue for the period. Total bills created. Average bill value. Revenue trend chart showing daily totals. Top 10 selling medicines by quantity and revenue. Top 10 patients by total spending. Payment method breakdown showing how much was paid via Cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and Card.

Exporting reports

Click Export PDF to download a branded PDF report with your store logo, name and address at the top. Click Export CSV to download a spreadsheet with all bill data that you can open in Excel or Google Sheets for further analysis.
