Doctors write digital prescriptions in EliteHMS with diagnosis, validity period, and full medicine details (name, dosage, frequency, route, duration, instructions). Each prescription gets a unique RX number and links directly to the patient's EMR timeline. Pharmacists can see pending prescriptions and fill from inventory.
