Overview
Every patient in EliteHMS gets a unique ID (PT-000001), a complete profile, and an allergy banner that appears on every page they're mentioned — billing, prescriptions, MAR sheets, IPD. Financial tracking accumulates totalBilled and totalPaid across all visits, giving any staff member instant visibility into outstanding balances.
Standard Operating Workflow
Register Patient
Name, phone, age, gender, CNIC, blood group, city. Auto-generated PT-000001 ID.
Add Allergies
Enter allergens (e.g. Penicillin). A red warning banner now appears on every page for this patient.
Link Insurance
Optional: link to an insurance panel with policy number and coverage expiry.
Track Financials
Every bill auto-updates totalBilled. Payments update totalPaid. remainingBalance visible on patient card in real time.
