Real-time bed occupancy map across all wards and ICU
Overview
Create wards by type (General, ICU, Maternity, Pediatric, Surgical, Cardiac, Private, Semi-Private), floor, and capacity. Each bed is individually tracked with a color-coded map: Green = Available, Red = Occupied, Yellow = Cleaning, Blue = Maintenance, Purple = Reserved. Real-time occupancy (e.g. 12/20 beds = 60%) visible to admin and nursing staff.
Standard Operating Workflow
Create Ward
Name, type, floor, total capacity. Each ward gets a separate management view.
Add Beds
Add individual beds with type (General/ICU/HDU) and daily charge rate (₨500/day). Beds instantly appear on occupancy map.
Monitor Occupancy
Color-coded map updates in real time as patients are admitted and discharged. Filter by ward type.
Bed Status Updates
After discharge → Cleaning (auto). After cleaning confirmed → Available. Maintenance reported → status locked until resolved.
