DRAP Compliance Reports
Full DRAP audit readiness — controlled medicines, batch tracking, destruction records
Overview
EliteHMS provides the complete DRAP compliance stack — a controlled medicines register (equivalent to Form-10), batch tracking from purchase to patient, expiry destruction records with pharmacist signature, and supplier purchase summaries. A compliance score (0–100%) shows your current regulatory health at a glance.
Standard Operating Workflow
Controlled Medicines Register
Every sale of a Schedule H / prescription medicine (Tramadol, Alprazolam, Codeine etc.) is auto-logged with date, bill number, patient name, CNIC, batch, and quantity.
Batch Tracking
Search any batch number — see which PO it came from and every patient who received it. Critical for product recall response.
Expiry Destruction Register
Record destroyed medicines with: quantity, purchase value, destruction method, location, pharmacist PCP number, and witness. Stock deducted automatically.
Compliance Score
Score = Controlled register maintained (25%) + Destruction records (25%) + Supplier records (25%) + No expired stock (25%). 100% = fully ready.
