Expiry Alerts & Management

Never sell an expired medicine — automated alerts before it happens

Overview

EliteHMS monitors every medicine's expiry date and surfaces alerts in the sidebar. A red badge shows already-expired medicines (DRAP violation risk), orange shows medicines expiring within 30 days. From the alerts page, staff can directly record destruction with full DRAP documentation or create a replacement purchase order.

Standard Operating Workflow

1

System continuously monitors expiry dates for all medicines in inventory. No manual check needed.

2

Sidebar Badge
