The two result-entry modes are:
- Single Result: Enter one value, its unit, the lab’s normal range, interpretation, and notes.
- Panel / Multiple Parameters: Enter several values, each with a parameter name, unit, normal range, and flag. CBC tests may open with common parameters already listed. You can add or remove rows.
Warning:Enter values and units exactly as shown on the laboratory report. Review any pre-filled ranges against the lab’s report; ranges can vary.
Warning:High, Low, and Critical labels are not a diagnosis. A qualified clinician should interpret results.

- In Progress: The test is being processed.
- Completed: Results or a result file have been recorded.
- Cancelled: The test order was cancelled.
Note:The page can display Sample Collected and In Progress statuses, but the current screen does not show buttons to set those statuses. Use the normal lab workflow to track those steps.
